Banyan Tree Plaza is a residential condominium community centrally located in the heart of Honolulu bordered by Punahou and Beretania Streets. Open spaces surround our building. Central Union Church is across Punahou Street to our east, Shriner’s Hospital is to our north, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints is to our west. Banyan Tree Plaza is within walking distance to schools, shopping, medical facilities, and several churches. Maryknoll, Punahou, Washington Middle, McKinley High School, and The University of Hawaii are nearby schools. A supermarket is only a block away. Shopping areas and the beaches of Ala Moana, and Waikiki are close in proximity. Bus and freeway access is very convenient.
Our Condominium’s name derives from the majestic banyan tree at the building's entrance. It is approximately 80 feet tall and over 100 feet wide. The tree is on the Hawai’i State listing of Exceptional Trees. We nurture this tree and are very proud of it. It is a welcoming site for our residents as they return home. The Banyan Tree Plaza encompasses 36 floors and a variety of condominium units. We have a variety of one bedrooms, two bedrooms, three-bedrooms, and four bedroom units. Views from these units may include the Pacific Ocean, Diamond Head, Manoa Valley, Punchbowl, and the Ewa Plain. Amenities include a Swimming Pool and Party Room on the 5th floor. Twenty guest-parking stalls are available. Parking for bicycles and motorcycles is available.
